Why I Coach

My journey began much like many others, ascending the corporate ladder and ticking off the traditional markers of success. Despite these achievements and making friends along the way, a profound sense of emptiness overshadowed my experiences. Working in Brazil, far from everything familiar, I often felt isolated at gatherings, surrounded by people yet utterly alone. The walls of my life seemed to be crashing down on me, and I struggled to breathe under the weight of my discontent. I was stuck in a meaningless job, just there for the money—I hated the hierarchy and rigid rules.

This crisis forced me to confront my self-imposed limitations and limiting beliefs. I realized I could either continue down a destructive path or make a significant change. Digging deep within myself was tough but necessary. Breaking through these barriers unleashed a wave of energy and clarity I never knew existed. I embraced my entrepreneurial spirit, launching projects to save the Amazon with sustainable agriculture, creating SaaS tools to help teens find their purpose, and developing apps for adults struggling to connect.

These experiences transformed my life and career. I achieved things I never dreamed possible by getting past my limiting beliefs. Now, I coach to help others do the same. Born in Morocco to Portuguese and French parents, my childhood was a tapestry of cultures and lessons in adaptability and understanding. These early experiences laid the foundation for my deep appreciation of diverse perspectives and my ability to connect with people from all walks of life. From Africa to the vibrant cities of Central, South, and North America, and now living in Australia and New Zealand, each place has taught me something vital about life, leadership, and the importance of integrity.

My career journey has been anything but ordinary. From spearheading teams in the high-stakes environment of multinational corporations to navigating the dynamic world of SaaS startups as an entrepreneur, I’ve experienced the full spectrum of leadership challenges and opportunities. These roles didn’t just shape my professional skills; they cemented my commitment to leading with purpose and empowering others to do the same.

Launching a startup was a leap into the deep end, where resilience is your greatest ally.
